"Shalon Ventures" is the trade name for an organization of separate legal entities including Shalon Ventures L.P., a California limited partnership, Shalon Ventures Inc., a California corporation, and Shalon Ventures Research LLC, a California limited liability company. Each of these entities is separate and distinct and carries out different activities. Shalon Ventures L.P. is a passive investment vehicle. Shalon Ventures Inc. is the general partner of Shalon Ventures L.P. Shalon Ventures Research LLC is an independent research organization. The entities do not share their assets and liabilities, and the assets of one entity are not available to pay the liabilities of any other entity.

Exit 101 at University and drive in the direction of Palo Alto or Stanford University. After reaching downtown turn left on Emerson. We are located on the second floor of a green building halfway down the block on your right.

Parking: 2 hours free parking in the marked lots or any street parking. Your best bet is the 3 hours free parking in the red lot between High Street and Alma (you can enter it from either street). Longer term parking is available in the CAL train lots marked in green.
