Kelly Lewis Brezoczky

Kelly has over 20 years experience as an accomplished executive and entrepreneur.  Kelly began her career at Procter & Gamble and brings significant new products commercialization experience to the team.  While at P&G, Kelly established a strong track record of identifying the critical insights and business infrastructures necessary to build profitable, market leading brands.  These skills earned her the opportunity to become a core member of P&G’s first management team into China, where Kelly as a Marketing Director delivered stellar results across several businesses that grew to $500M over a 5 year period.  While at P&G, Kelly also is credited with establishing global marketing models on 2 personal care brands, as well as pioneering a new model for healthcare marketing. 

In 1997, Kelly founded the Lewis Carmel Group, a management consulting firm focused on applying her successful new products commercialization skills in the life sciences.  Kelly has been actively involved in evaluating strategic market opportunities for her clients, as well as developing and implementing business plans and branding strategies for the commercialization of early stage life sciences technologies.

Kelly has been working with Shalon Ventures for over 10 years and is presently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Renew Medical, a Shalon Ventures company currently in the process of commercializing a breakthrough new medical device for the management of bowel incontinence.

Kelly holds a BA in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was honored to be selected a North Carolina Leadership Fellow at the University.
