Dr. Ajit S. Shah

Dr. Ajit S. Shah has 24 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operating executive, and venture capitalist. Ajit has co-founded six companies across multiple markets, including personal computing hardware, software, medical devices, and the Internet. He has venture capital experience working as a general partner at Worldview Technology Partners and as an EIR/VP at Sierra Ventures. While at Worldview, Ajit led investments in enterprise software, enterprise hardware, semiconductors, and the Internet. At Sierra Ventures, he contributed to investment opportunities in enterprise software, Internet advertising, and medical devices.

Ajit holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a joint PhD in Bioengineering from the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and the College of Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
